This business has over 45 years’ experience delivering high-quality installation, maintenance and engineering solutions across commercial, industrial and FM contracts. They are known for their strong safety culture, investment in training and development, and for delivering consistently reliable, professional services across a diverse client base.

Your new role

You will be joining a mobile maintenance team working across commercial sites covering Nottingham, Derby and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include:

Planned maintenance, servicing and fault-finding on mechanical and HVAC plant and systems

*

Reactive maintenance and repairs on commercial heating, ventilation, pumps and associated equipment

*

Working closely with clients to deliver high standards of on-site support

*

Supporting general FM tasks as required

What you’ll need to succeed

*

A strong background in commercial maintenance, ideally with mechanical, HVAC and plant room experience

*

Proven skills in service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs

*

A full UK driving licence and ability to work flexibly across the region

*

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
