Location: Birmingham Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum 40 Hours Per Week | Monday – Friday | 8am – 4.30pm Door-to-Door Pay | Van & Fuel Card | National Support My client, a well-established national materials handling company, is seeking a dependable Mobile Forklift Engineer to join their service division in the Birmingham area. This is a permanent role offering consistent work, structured support, and room to grow within a reputable business. Key Responsibilities

Maintenance, servicing and LOLER inspections of forklifts Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults Providing field-based support to a range of clients Keeping accurate service reports and adhering to safety policies

What you’ll need

Engineering experience in forklifts, plant or similar NVQ Level 2 / 3 preferred Good problem-solving and communication skills Full UK driving licence

What you’ll receive

£35K–£40K base salary Door-to-door travel + overtime at 1.5x Fully equipped van + fuel card Structured training and clear progression routes 25 days holiday + bank holidays On-call rota every 5–6 weeks (additional allowance paid)
