Salary: Up to £42,000 + Van & Fuel Card

We are seeking a Skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
PPM's.
Reactives.
AHU's/FCU's.
HVAC.
Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
Manage planned and unplanned electrical work.
Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose.
Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.

Package & Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £42,000
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Van & Fuel Card Provided
Tools, Uniform & PPE (where applicable)

Requirements:
Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience.
MUST HAVE 17th or 18th edition
4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
