In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant and building services across a mixed commercial portfolio in Central London, delivering all work to SFG20 standards.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong facilities background to take on a varied and rewarding mobile role.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant and building services.

Work across multiple commercial properties, ensuring all tasks meet SFG20 and statutory compliance standards.

Due to the nature of the role and managing multiple contracts travel will be required so flexibility is required.

Respond to callouts and support client sites to ensure continuity of service. xbpsjku

Requirements Strong building services experience 2391 Inspection and Testing Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent 18 th Edition 5 years experience in a similar position Clean UK Drivers License Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer 25 Days Holiday Company Van Company Fuel Card (No using own money and expensing) Bundles of overtime 1 in 5 Call out, £130 Standby Management training Progression into Mobile Supervisor If you live in and around the London/M25 area this could be the role for you.
