Hays is recruiting a Commercial Mobile Bench Engineer to join a leading facilities team covering Portsmouth to Salisbury to Bath.
What you'll do:
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.
Service and fault-finding on air source heat pumps, plus basic plumbing tasks.
Electrical & mechanical work on three-phase systems (up to 440V), motors, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Use CAFM systems via mobile devices; complete RAMS and permits; liaise with site services.
Occasional overtime, including nights/weekends.
What you'll bring:
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent, C&G/NVQ Level 2+ in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
Strong multi-skilled ability and fault-finding skills.
Desirable: PLC diagnostics, contractor supervision, IPAF/Working at Height.
