Exciting opportunity to work for an established friendly family run Electrical contracting business with over 25 years experience in the industry.** Mobile Commercial Testing Electrician****Van + Fuel card provided****£50,000 per annum + overtime available + company benefits scheme****Hours 8am 4pm (Monday to Friday)****Will have the opportunity for lots of overtime @ 1.25 (Midweek, Nights and Saturday) @ x1.5 (Sunday)***Supportive and friendly family company****Tools and testing equipment provided**Meridian is currently recruiting for an established Mobile Commercial Testing Electrician - All clients are based within the Greater London boundaries/M25 radius.The Role:As a Mobile Commercial Testing Electrician, you'll carry out comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for commercial clients. You'll inspect, test, and report on electrical systems, ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards and helping clients maintain safe and compliant installations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed EICRs in a range of commercial environmentsInspect and test wiring, circuits, switchgear, and control equipmentIdentify defects, non-compliances, and potential safety risksProduce clear, accurate reports with recommendations for remedial worksWork to the highest standards under BS 7671 and IET Wiring RegulationsCommunicate effectively with clients, explaining findings and offering technical adviceMaintain testing equipment in line with company and industry requirementsFollow company policies, health & safety guidelines, and best practicesEngage in continuous training and professional developmentIn return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, a van, fuel card, further training, and career progression.RequirementsCity & GuildsLevel 3 in Electrical InstallationCity & GuildsLevel 3(or equivalent) Inspection & Testing qualification18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systemsCompetence with testing equipment and report softwareExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and manage your time effectivelyFull UK driving licenceIf you are an experienced commercial testing electrician and looking a new and exciting role, please apply within this job advert to be contacted by one of our specialist team.JBRP1_UKTJ
