Job Role: Oversee and manage multiple sites. Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of cleaning staff. Deliver routine, planned, and periodic cleaning to agreed standards. Provide technical training and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies. Monitor cleanliness levels and ensure SLAs are consistently met. Manage stock levels, including uniform distribution and van supplies. Address operational issues promptly and escalate to the line manager where needed. Maintain a professional approach when interacting with colleagues, clients, and the public.
