What you'll be doing... We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Mobile Chef to join our Education Catering team. As a Mobile Chef, you'll take the lead in preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals to pupils, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. You'll be the Head Chef on-site, supported by 1-3 catering assistants, depending on the school's size. Prepare, cook, and serve between 50-200 meals per day, depending on the site Lead, motivate, and support your kitchen team to deliver excellent service Travel between schools to provide chef cover where needed (mileage paid) Deliver meals that meet both nutritional and school standards Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 30 hours per week | Term Time Only. Possess a passion for food Focused on the front line Genuine interest in customer service excellence Team player Previous catering experience as a Chef/Cook Experience working in an education or contract catering environment is desirable Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
