The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position is ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar role who is eager for progression. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Air conditioning and refrigeration service/maintenance Service and maintenance of split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant Pressure leak tests Compressor changes Braising Electrical knowledge beneficial Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

Monday to Friday 8:00 am–17:00 pm 25 days holiday + bank holidays Up to £44,000 salary Van & fuel card; private use of van; travel paid after 30 minutes each way Tablet & work phone provided; full company uniform Overtime available

AC qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas qualification (essential) Electrical knowledge (preferred) Proof of trade certificates Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client facing
