Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel to Telford, Manchester, and London (Initial onsite requirement for the first couple of weeks to support onboarding) Clearance:

Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance We are seeking a Migration Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex cloud migration solutions as part of a large-scale transformation programme. This is a key role responsible for defining end-to-end migration strategies and ensuring successful delivery across all phases of the programme.

Key Responsibilities

The design of end-to-end cloud migration architectures (AWS) Analyse existing (source) environments and define migration strategies and patterns Review and approve technical design documentation Provide architectural oversight across build, test, and cut-over phases Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure robust, scalable solutions Collaborate closely with programme, delivery, and engineering teams Mentor and guide junior architects and technical team members

Key Skills & Experience

Strong experience in AWS cloud architecture and migration programmes Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and migration projects Deep understanding of migration methodologies and tools Ability to operate at a senior technical leadership level Experience working in complex, enterprise environments
