JDR Recruitment are recruiting for MIG Welder / Fabricators in Bolton.Key Responsibilities:Perform heavy duty MIG Welding on structural steel and thick gauge materialFabricate components from technical drawings and engineering plansCut, shape and assemble metal sections using appropriate tools and machineryOperate Grinders, Saws, Drills and Cutting TorchesEnsure welds meet quality standards and specificationsCarry out visual inspections and basic quality checks Follow Health & Safety proceduresRequired Skills:Proven experience in heavy duty MIG WeldingAbility to read technical drawingsExperience working with structural steel and thick materialsCompetent in the use of fabrication toolsCandidates with any experience of vertical weld, multi run or experience in the truck industry would be of huge interest.Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am - 1:30pmThe pay rate is £14 per hour.Ongoing work, potentially leading to permanent for the right candidates.JDR are an equal opportunities employerJDRNorthWestWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
