Job description:
As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. Your deep domain expertise in Microsoft platforms, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics, will enable you to design and articulate comprehensive, cross-practice solutions that address complex enterprise challenges and drive profitable deals. As a Microsoft Business Architect, you will combine strong technical and business acumen to deliver value-driven solutions within the Microsoft services domain. Your exceptional customer-facing skills, articulate communication style, and interpersonal finesse will enable you to clearly convey the strategic and technical benefits of Kyndryls Microsoft solutions, aligning them perfectly to each customers unique needs. As a strategic thinker, you will identify and analyse intricate business and technical requirements, orchestrating Kyndryls full capabilities to generate winning cross-practice solutions. Your ability to develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes will vividly demonstrate the tangible value of our offeringsleaving customers confident in their partnership with Kyndryl. Key Responsibilities Lead customer-facing engagements to identify business and technical requirements, shaping tailored Microsoft-based solutions Deliver high-impact demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes that articulate the value of Kyndryls Microsoft capabilities Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to co-create joint solutions and drive go-to-market plays Support pre-sales activities including solution design, compliance verification, and proposal development Align with Microsofts sales and partner engagement structures (ATU, STU, CSU) to drive joint opportunities Represent Kyndryl at Microsoft events and forums, reinforcing our credibility and strategic alignment

Required Skills and Experience Deep domain knowledge across Microsoft Cloud services: Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Security, and Data & AI Proven experience translating Microsoft capabilities into industry-relevant customer propositions Strong consultative selling background in complex enterprise environments Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market plays with Microsoft solutions Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence both C-level executives and technical teams Bachelors degree in a relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft-focused solution sales, consulting, or architecture roles
