Key Responsibilities Carry out panel repairs to a consistently high standard Ensure repairs are completed in line with manufacturer and safety standards Work collaboratively with the wider production team Share technical knowledge and best practice across the site Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience Desirable Skills, Experience & Qualifications ATA Accreditation (preferred) xbpsjku Proven experience as a Panel Technician Ability to produce a very high standard of workmanship Strong attention to detail and pride in quality Whats on Offer Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum Permanent, full-time position Opportunity to work within a modern, progressive bodyshop Supportive team environment with scope for development
