Our client, a well-established national network of accident repair centres, is looking to recruit a skilled MET Technician to join their state-of-the-art facility. Up to £24 per hour (£56,160 annual salary) plus bonus
45-hour working week with overtime paid at standard rates
Time Saved bonus of £10 per hour, with potential earnings up to £65,000 OTE
Monday to Friday working hours with Saturday mornings as required

Conduct comprehensive mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated vehicles as an MET Technician
Dismantling, fault-finding, and diagnostic work to identify issues accurately
Re-assemble vehicles using new parts in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Perform inspections and testing to ensure vehicle safety and quality standards
Conduct road tests in a safe and legal manner to assess vehicle roadworthiness
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout all tasksRequirements:

Proven experience as an MET Technician in a busy accident repair environment
Strong mechanical skills and an eye for detail
Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
NVQ level 3 or equivalent recognised qualification
ATA certification is advantageous but not essential
