MEP Quantity Surveyor

to join their commercial team. Working closely with senior commercial and operational stakeholders, you will be involved in the tendering, procurement and financial management of mechanical and electrical packages, supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor where you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects and play a key role in commercial decision-making. The requirements You will currently be working as a Quantity Surveyor, with experience either fully focused on Mechanical & Electrical services or within a wider construction role with strong MEP exposure. Ideally, you will have experience delivering commercial projects and be keen to further develop your technical, contractual and commercial skills within a structured and supportive environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential. between £70,000

£75,000 , although this is negotiable for the right person.
