Key Responsibilities:
Provide
leadership and professional oversight
to social work staff, ensuring practice aligns with the
Care Act ,
Mental Health Act , and local policy. Support the
effective management of complex cases , offering guidance on assessment, care planning, and safeguarding. Lead on
case management quality assurance , promoting reflective practice and continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with current
SWE registration . Proven experience in
management
within adult social care or mental health services. Strong understanding of the
Care Act 2014 ,
Mental Health Act 1983 , and relevant safeguarding frameworks. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate, and develop staff.
