Membership & Marketing Manager

Private Members Club London

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Membership & Marketing Manager to join one of Londons most distinctive private members clubs. This is a key role responsible for driving membership growth, strengthening brand presence, and curating a vibrant, engaged community.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, and marketing activity. You will act as a brand ambassador for the club, building strong relationships with members, prospective members, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the clubs membership strategy, including acquisition, retention, and engagement Manage the full membership journey, from enquiry through to onboarding and ongoing communication Lead all marketing activity across digital, social, email, PR, and in-club communications Plan and promote events in collaboration with the operations and events teams Maintain and analyse membership data, reporting on performance and growth Build partnerships and collaborations aligned with the clubs brand and values Ensure all marketing reflects the clubs tone, exclusivity, and positioning

About You

Proven experience in a membership, marketing, or commercial role within a private members club, luxury hospitality, lifestyle brand, or similar environment Strong understanding of brand-led marketing and community building Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercially focused with a creative mindset Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously Passionate about hospitality, culture, and delivering exceptional member experiences
