- Collaborating across teams to make sure every supporter touchpoint is meaningful and consistent
- Leading a small team of supporter service champions
This role sits at the heart of our fundraising and engagement work and helps shape how we connect with our community and bring them closer to the ocean they care about.
What you'll bring:

- Passion for protecting the natural world and engaging people in positive change
- We’re a values-driven charity with a strong sense of purpose and a supportive team culture
- We believe in flexible working and trust our people to get the job done
- You’ll have space to innovate, test ideas, and grow a programme with huge potential
- Most importantly your work will make a real difference for the future of our ocean
