This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving member engagement, retention and strategic relationship management across a high‑profile financial services membership base. Leading and developing the Member Relations team Driving retention and growth across major financial services members Owning the Relationship Management strategy and approach Providing insight, analysis and reporting to senior leadership Overseeing membership renewals and member satisfaction initiatives
