Leading and developing a high‑performing team to deliver outstanding service Managing day to day operations across reception, meeting rooms and shared spaces Acting as the go‑to person in the absence of the General Manager Overseeing stock, amenities and supplier coordination Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development Handling member feedback and ensuring swift, thoughtful resolutions
