The Role
As Mechanical Site Supervisor, you’ll take full ownership of mechanical works on projects typically ranging from £50k to £1m. You’ll be the key link between site and project management, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You’ll be trusted to
Run day-to-day mechanical site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
Ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
Act as the main on-site point of contact
This is a hands-on role with real autonomy - you’re there to manage, not firefight.
