We're working with a well-established
M&E contractor
who are looking for a
Mechanical Project Manager
to lead a large-scale
residential development in East London .
The project has an
M&E value of £25 million
and covers both
shell & core and full fit-out , with a strong
mechanical bias . You'll act as the
primary point of contact for the client , overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion. The Role: Lead the mechanical delivery on a £25m M&E package. Oversee full project lifecycle
design, coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover. Manage subcontractors, client interface, and internal delivery teams. Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality. Report directly to senior management with regular progress updates. Requirements: Proven experience managing large residential or mixed-use projects. Strong mechanical building services background. Excellent client-facing and coordination skills. Ability to drive project delivery and manage complex technical packages. What's on Offer: Salary up to
