Operating at the forefront of the building services sector, they specialise in full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating solutions, from design and pre-construction through to delivery and commissioning.They are currently delivering a flagship, multi-million-pound aviation project and are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to play a critical leadership role in its successful delivery.The OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a major aviation scheme, leading MEP delivery on a technically complex and high-profile project.You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the MEP package, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires a commercially aware, technically strong leader with experience in large-scale or 'megaproject' environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of MEP packages on a multi-million-pound aviation project.Manage project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partnersEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetOversee programme planning, risk management, and project reportingDrive quality assurance and compliance across all MEP disciplinesLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders at all levelsProvide strong commercial oversight, including cost control and change managementSupport pre-construction, procurement, and value engineering activitiesMentor and develop junior project staffRequirementsProven experience as a Senior Project Manager within MEP / Building ServicesStrong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing & heating project deliveryDemonstrable track record delivering large-scale or flagship projectsExperience working on complex environments (aviation, infrastructure, data centres, or similar)Relevant degree or qualification in an MEP-related disciplineStrong commercial and contractual awarenessExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAviation sector experience is desirable but not essentialSalary & PackageThis role offers a highly competitive package aligned with current UK market rates for senior MEP leadership roles:Basic salary of £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experienceCar allowance or company vehiclePerformance-related bonus schemePension schemePrivate healthcare25-30 days holiday plus bank holidaysHybrid/flexible working optionsWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
