Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to take full ownership of a multi-million-pound Mechanical projects in London? This is a rare opportunity to join a leading building services contractor delivering complex, high-value schemes across the capital.


We're looking for a proven project leader — ideally with an mechanical and electrical bias, who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings confidence to client meetings, and knows how to drive large M&E projects from pre-construction through to final handover.


The Role


As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the full lifecycle delivery of a major Mechanical projects. Your role will include:

  • Leading pre-commencement activities alongside the Pre-Construction Manager to maximise efficiency and profitability.
  • Managing project risk, subcontractor performance and all commercial/contractual elements.
  • Providing strong leadership to the delivery team and maintaining exceptional standards of safety, quality and communication.
  • Overseeing contract reviews, reporting, budgeting and business planning.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining long-term relationships, and supporting wider business strategy.
  • Driving the project to safe, on-time, on-budget completion in line with specification and client expectations.


What you’ll bring


  • A track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects in a construction environment.
  • Preferably, experienced within Healthcare or Life Sciences projects.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to lead with authority and clarity.
  • Proven leadership experience, effectively managing teams to high standards in quality, H&S and delivery.
  • Industry-recognised trade or professional qualifications.
  • M&E biased background preferred.
