We are currently seeking two experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join a well-established M&E contractor’s London division, delivering commercial mechanical projects across the City of London .
The role will focus on delivering projects within live environments , managing fast-paced “small works” projects with values ranging from £100k to £2m .
Key Responsibilities Deliver mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion Manage works within live commercial environments, ensuring minimal disruption Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Manage programmes, budgets, and variations Liaise directly with clients and consultants Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites Oversee commissioning and handover processes Attend site and client meetings as required
