Job Description

A newly established Mechanical contractor specialising in the Commercial fit out. They have recently won a renewable and decarbonisation project and are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join this site in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the start of its journey.


Job Details

  • Take full responsibility for a £3.4 million infrastructure upgrade project, delivering a full chiller and boiler replacement with Water Source and Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Work directly with the client and stakeholders, managing the project end-to-end
  • Oversee subcontractors, manage health & safety, QA, progress and programme
  • Ensure high standards of delivery, reporting and client communication throughout
  • Contribute to the growth of the business and shape its project delivery approach
  • Long-term opportunity to progress into senior management as the company expands



Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering mechanical projects and running a team
  • Strong knowledge of commercial heating and cooling systems, ideally including heat pumps
  • Confident managing projects from cradle to grave
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership with director-level support
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow with an ambitious new business
