1st Step is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bristol-based company with over 40 years of successful trading. The business delivers medium to large-scale domestic and commercial projects, including apartments, education buildings, and healthcare facilities.

Role: Mechanical Project Manager

Location: South Gloucestershire / Bristol

Start Date: Mid-January 2026 - February 2026

Salary: up to £60,000 per annum

Package: Company car or car allowance, private medical healthcare

Job Type: Permanent

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the building services sector

Experience on medium to large domestic and commercial projects
