Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Project | Nottingham\n\nThe Client and Project Info:\n\nMy client is a leading M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a large commercial development in Nottingham. The project involves managing a significant mechanical package from pre-construction through to completion.\n\nMechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Taking responsibility for the delivery of the mechanical package on a large commercial project.\n\n * \n\n Managing site teams, supervisors, and mechanical subcontractors.\n\n * \n\n Overseeing programme, quality, and health & safety performance.\n\n * \n\n Coordinating design development, technical submissions, and procurement.\n\n * \n\n Working closely with the client, consultants, and internal commercial teams.\n\n * \n\n Managing QA processes, commissioning, and handover documentation.\n\n * \n\n Identifying and resolving technical, programme, and delivery risks.\n\n * \n\n Attending progress, design, and client meetings.\n\nMechanical Project Manager Requirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on large commercial developments.\n\n * \n\n Background working for an M&E or Mechanical Contractor.\n\n * \n\n Mechanical trade or engineering qualification.\n\n * \n\n SMSTS or equivalent.\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge of building services.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and organisational skills.\n\nThe Next Steps:\n\nTo apply for the role as the Mechanical Project Manager, click on the apply now button below and submit your CV
