Mechanical M&E Engineer – London – £46,000 – Mon to Fri

A well rounded mechanical role covering general building services across a commercial environment. Good fit for an engineer who wants variety and a clear structure.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Mechanical PPMs across HVAC and plant equipment

* Plant room checks, readings, and basic adjustments

* Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and pipework components

* Responding to mechanical faults and completing repairs

* Supporting general M&E duties across the site

* Completing remedial works and closing out tasks

* Supporting subcontractors and planned works

* Updating job sheets and compliance records

What We’re Looking For

* NVQ Level 2 Mechanical, Plumbing, or Building Services minimum

* Commercial building services experience

* Confident fault finding and repair skills

* AP tickets as a bonus

* Strong admin habits and clear reporting
