Job Description

Your new company \nA well-established UK-based infrastructure and logistics organisation operating in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. The company is known for its commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across its facilities. \n\nYour new role \nAs a Shift Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and operating equipment and systems to ensure the smooth running of site operations.

Working on a 3-on-3-off rotating shift pattern, you'll be responsible for conducting routine inspections, responding to faults, and supporting planned maintenance activities. You'll work closely with other technicians and operational teams to uphold safety standards and minimise downtime. \n\nWhat you'll need to succeed \n\nRecognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent) in an electrical, mechanical, or multi-skilled discipline.\nExperience in a maintenance or technician role within an industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environment.\nStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a shift-based role, including nights and weekends.\nGood understanding of health and safety practices and compliance requirements.\nTeam player with strong communication and organisational skills.What you'll get in return \n\nCompetitive salary of circa £52,000.
