The Role

The company require a mechanical maintenance engineer who can lead a team of engineers & work on PPM schedules, working a continental shift pattern. The candidate will have a minimum of a time served mechanical apprenticeship and must be able familiar with welding and fabrication. The role is electrical biased, and will involve working in a team of engineers, on shift, with some multi-skilling and the work will be working with mechanical and electrical kit om a variety of production process machinery in use, such as extrusion and drawing equipment hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, and bearings. On going training and support within this highly focused group will give the right candidate an opportunity to progress into larger roles within this long-standing group.
