Dayshift Mechanical Engineer in Stirling! As a key member of our Engineering & Maintenance team, youll play a central role in supporting production by maintaining plant equipment and ensuring safe, reliable operations on site. What youll do: Carry out planned and preventative mechanical maintenance across production plant and building services. Support the reactive maintenance team with breakdowns when required. Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations, including completing risk assessments. Support installations and commissioning of new equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and 5S to drive operational excellence. What youll bring: HNC/HND qualification in Mechanical Engineering or completion of a Level 3 apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering. Proven mechanical engineering experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous. Strong skills in maintaining plant equipment including conveyors, rotating machinery, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Process oriented, self-directed and autonomous, with the ability to work as part of a greater team. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel). Why join us?
