We're recruiting a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a leading FM provider, covering one of their key sites in London. The Role: You'll be responsible for: Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical plant Diagnosing and repairing faults on pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and pipework Supporting minor project works and upgrades Liaising with site contacts and ensuring high standards of service delivery Managing your own schedule across the four sites with support from the central team What You'll Need: NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing Experience in commercial building services (multi-site or commercial experience preferred) Good understanding of HVAC systems and general building maintenance Strong communication and problem-solving skills What's On Offer: £48,000 per annum Encouraged Overtime hours Training and development opportunities A varied role with autonomy and support Exposure to specia...
