Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineers – Foot Mobile - £47,000 - Oxford Circus

We’re looking for a fully qualified Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join our team, working across a prestigious estate on Regent Street. This is a foot mobile role, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance to keep building services running smoothly.

You will be working across a cluster of buildings within a large team with a large estate. You will be required to work across multiple buildings rather than being based in the same building each day

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive mechanical & electrical repairs

Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively

Support general building maintenance where required

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times

AHU's / FCU's

BMS

HVAC maintenance

Emergency lighting & Fire AlarmsRequirements:

Fully qualified Mechanical & Electrical (C&G / NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)

Proven experience in electrical/building services maintenance

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and client-facing skillsHours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pmWhat’s on Offer:

£47,000 annual salary

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (no weekends)

25 days holiday + bank holidays

Foot mobile role (no vehicle required)
