About the role

Support and/or lead small to medium sized Design Team on projects from concept through to design and production release.

Support the production of the equipment through life, and implement production design improvement solutions to solve current product issues in manufacturing, material supply and at the customer.

Assist with cost reduction projects that require R&D input.

Provide R&D support including proto type development on customer specific tenders.

Education/Qualifications

Degree qualified or equivalent in mechanical engineering or mechanical design

Experience of 3D Autocad Inventor (or similar) is desirable
