The Role You will be responsible for delivering mechanical building services design across a range of projects. The company is looking for someone who can be trusted with projects, manage their workload, and drive designs forward with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include: Mechanical design of building services systems including HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic water services Producing calculations, specifications, reports, and technical drawings Managing and delivering projects or project packages from concept through to completion Liaising with clients, architects, and other design team members Attending design meetings and site visits where required xehkeey Ensuring designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and best practice Coordinating with electrical and other disciplines to ensure integrated design delivery Requirements Experience in mechanical building services design Ability to run projects or work packages independently
