We are looking for a reliable and skilled

Mechanical Assembler

to join our growing production team. This role involves assembling mechanical and electronic components, working from technical drawings, and ensuring all products meet quality and performance standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity. Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and complete products. Use hand tools and light machinery safely (spanners, screwdrivers, ratchets, pliers, power tools). Fit and align components, checking accuracy and quality throughout the process. Work efficiently to meet production deadlines. Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment. Support other departments when required (CNC, Dispatch, Stock Control, Trimming, etc.). Requirements

Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar hands-on engineering role. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Good communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to work. Personal Attributes
