M&E Site Manager - 3 Month Contract - Essex Immediate start on a high-profile mission-critical build Join a confidential project in Essex as an experienced M&E Site Manager overseeing key mechanical and electrical packages on a major data centre build. This is an immediate-start, site-based role on a 3-month contract with strong potential to extend. What You'll Be Doing Managing M&E works on site, including coordination of contractors and engineers Overseeing power-related systems such as chillers, generators, and associated plant Ensuring works meet programme deadlines and quality requirements Maintaining compliance with all health and safety protocols Liaising with project stakeholders to resolve issues quickly

What We're Looking For Proven M&E site management experience Ideally experience on data centres Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Essex-based and able to be on site daily Available immediately or within a week
