With a project portfolio ranging from £5m to £50m (M&E value), they are continuing to grow and are now looking for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of major M&E projects from start to finish. You'll be joining a well-established team with a strong pipeline of work, overseeing financial management, cost control, and contractual matters across multiple projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead commercial and contractual oversight on M&E packages up to £50m\n\nPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and final accounts\n\nManage sub-contractor accounts, payments, and variations\n\nProduce detailed cost reports and valuations\n\nLiaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure commercial goals are met\n\nEnsure compliance with contractual and legal obligations\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E sector\n\nProven track record on commercial and/or residential projects\n\nExperience working on M&E packages over £5m in value\n\nStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills\n\nHNC (or higher) qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related discipline ()\n\nBased in or able to commute daily to London\n\nRight to work in the UK
