Key responsibilities:

• Leading a multidisciplinary within a High Secure Environment
• Ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused care
• Driving clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting staff development, supervision, and clinical education
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated care

About you:

• NMC registered RMN OR RGN (or dual-qualified) with Band 7+ experience
• Open to Matron, Deputy/Director of Clinical Services, Nurse Manager (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of best practice in secure care
• Proven leadership and service development experience
• Excellent communication, resilience, and collaboration skills
