Job Description

Clarence Recruitment are seeking an outstanding Mathematics Teacher for a high-performing secondary school in Rugby to cover a maternity leave position for the next two terms. The role is open to experienced teachers, ECTs/NQTs, and unqualified Mathematics teachers with strong subject knowledge. The school offers exceptional CPD and support, particularly for early career teachers, and provides leadership and TLR opportunities for experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across the secondary age range

Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that drive strong pupil progress

Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement

Contribute positively to the success of the Mathematics department

Support whole-school initiatives and enrichment where appropriate

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) teachers

ECTs/NQTs

Unqualified Mathematics teachers with relevant experience
Additional requirements include:

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
