About the Role: As an SEN Maths Teacher, you will deliver clear, structured maths lessons, implement targeted interventions, and maintain firm expectations to keep pupils disciplined, focused, and progressing. You will provide direct instruction, reinforce routines, and support learners with complex needs through consistent, methodical teaching.

Key Responsibilities as SEN Maths Teacher:

Structured Maths Instruction: Deliver clear, step-by-step lessons tailored to SEN learners. Routine & Behaviour Leadership: Maintain steady routines, boundaries, and high expectations. Targeted Interventions: Provide precise support to strengthen numeracy, logic, and problem-solving. Progress Monitoring: Track academic progress, behaviour, and lesson outcomes. Professional Coordination: Work effectively with support staff, leadership, and external agencies.To succeed as an SEN Maths Teacher, you will need:
