Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum depending on experience ( not pro rata )
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent | Term Time only

At Norton College Worcester, we’re looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our close-knit team. This is your chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of our students — many of whom have faced barriers to education — by delivering engaging lessons that inspire both academic and personal growth.
As our new Maths teacher you will provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the Regulatory Body and working with the Headteacher, leadership team and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.

Designing and delivering dynamic, engaging Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards across the school.
Tracking and celebrating student progress through creative assessment methods.
Helping shape an inclusive, trauma-informed environment where every student can thrive.
Playing a key role in ongoing school development and contributing fresh ideas to our curriculum.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Education (or equivalent experience)
Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs
A compassionate, resilient approach and a belief in every child’s potential
Norton College is a specialist school for secondary students aged 11-19 in Worcester and Tewkesbury.
