Role: Lead Educator (Mathematics) Employment: Full-time, long termStart: Immediate Location: Randstad Education is searching for a talented SEN Mathematics Specialist to join a supportive school community in Liverpool. We need a teacher who doesn't just "teach a subject" but adapts it, making numeracy functional, accessible, and most importantly achievable for learners with diverse cognitive profiles. Creative Curriculum: Crafting Maths sessions that move away from the abstract and toward functional life skills tailored for SEN students. Expertly navigating P-Scales and Entry Level certificates to provide a bespoke learning journey for every child. Monitoring "small-step" achievement and ensuring every milestone is recognised to boost student morale. Coordinating with SENCOs and external specialists to align classroom activities with EHCP requirements. QTS: You must hold a valid UK Qualified Teacher Status. SEN Background: Demonstrated experience teaching Maths within a specialist school or a dedicated SEN unit.
