The Role

As Materials Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials across multiple residential developments, ensuring projects are supplied efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with commercial, site, and technical teams, playing a key role in maintaining cost control and supporting the successful delivery of projects.

Procuring construction materials in line with build programmes Obtaining and analysing supplier quotations to secure best value Placing and managing purchase orders
