Marketing Transformation Lead
Are you a strategic marketing leader with experience delivering transformation programmes across international markets? Hiring a Marketing Transformation Lead to drive alignment, execution and adoption of large-scale martech initiatives across a global organisation.
In this highly visible role, you'll act as the bridge between corporate strategy and regional execution, ensuring international priorities are heard, progress is tracked and marketing excellence is championed at every level.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Alignment
- Lead strategic planning for marketing operations and align with global fiscal goals
- Represent international markets in senior forums, steering groups and planning sessions
- Provide executive level reporting and insights on transformation progress
Programme Management
- Build and manage a fiscal-year roadmap aligned to transformation priorities
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Track progress and celebrate wins via internal channels
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders across regions and business units
- Align internal messaging, cascade leadership communications and reduce silos
- Support international product use case planning and feedback loops
Adoption & Enablement
- Champion martech product adoption across markets
- Identify blockers and drive internal enablement and training support
- Ensure tools and processes are fit for purpose across diverse teams
Insights & Communication
- Provide feedback to programme governance based on regional engagement
- Identify success stories, drive visibility, and build momentum for change
About You:
- Experience in marketing operations, transformation or programme delivery within a large, matrixed organisation
- Excellent understanding of martech and adtech ecosystems
- Comfortable operating at pace across international markets and cultures
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and insights for senior leadership

Please note: This is a 12 month contract, hybrid working and paid on a daily rate inside IR35.
