Location: London (Hybrid)

We're supporting a very exciting growing Fashion Brand. The team is searching for a highly organised, proactive Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, clarity and momentum to a fast-moving, creative marketing function. This is an ideal role for someone who loves bringing order to chaos, thrives in cross-functional environments, and wants to play a central role in delivering major product and marketing moments for a rapidly growing brand.
This hire replaces a previous digital marketer who naturally evolved into a project management position within the team. With the marketing function expanding and creativity running at full speed, the business now needs someone dedicated to ensuring timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned and launches land flawlessly.
The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the heart of the marketing organisation — working with a highly creative, energetic team who produce brilliant work, but need someone exceptional at organisation to keep everything moving.
You will be the person who:
Owns the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, content, product drops and brand activities all run smoothly. Keeps the team on track, managing deadlines, deliverables and prioritisation. Connects marketing with merchandising, making sure product availability, creative assets and launch schedules all align. Brings structure, tools and processes that help a talented but time-stretched team operate at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all marketing project timelines, ensuring campaigns progress on schedule. Coordinate with the merchandising team on product launch dates, stock availability and creative requirements. Own the flow of briefs, creative assets and approvals — spotting bottlenecks early. Run weekly marketing stand-ups, check-ins and project updates. Create clarity and visibility across departments using tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, Monday.com, etc. Work closely with designers, content creators and brand marketers to keep workstreams aligned. Support in building lightweight processes to help the team scale without killing creativity. Ensure deliverables land on time and stakeholder expectations are well managed.
Candidate Profile
This role is all about organisation, time management and clarity. Industry background is flexible — the team is open to people from fashion, tech, media, DTC, agency and everything in between.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Exceptionally organised — the person everyone trusts to bring order to busy workstreams. Mid-level experience (around 5 years ideal) but strong juniors will also be considered if they are stand-out operators. Able to work well with creatives — patient, collaborative, calm under pressure, great at translating ideas into timelines. Detail-obsessed but easy-going — the culture is warm, friendly and not ego-driven. Hungry to grow — this role has real visibility and room to step up as the team scales.
Fashion experience is ; organisation, communication and workflow management are far more important.
Compensation & Package
Salary: £40,000–£60,000 (aligned with 5 years’ experience but flexible for juniors with exceptional organisational strength) Opportunity to take ownership of a critical function within the marketing team Ability to work closely with senior leadership and shape processes from the ground up Strong potential for progression as the team expands
