You will need to have a background in creative content production/marketing, ideally in the world of property and/or luxury (or at the very least an interest in these). 

It is a multifaceted role that combines content production, marketing and operational support. One moment you’ll be curating sleek brochures or editing high-end reels for social media, the next you’ll be coordinating diaries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. It’s a role for someone who loves both structure and style – and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

As Marketing Manager/Office Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading on all marketing collateral, increasing exposure and driving the business forward 
\n\t
• Designing and delivering standout marketing content across digital, print, and social
\n\t
• Managing the website, newsletters, brand assets, and social media presence
\n\t
• Ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all platforms and materials
\n\t
• Coordinating daily property operations, from scheduling to client liaison and compliance
\n\t
• Maintaining our CRM (Reapit), uploading listings (Zoopla, Rightmove), and managing databases
\n\t
• Handling technical tasks (Microsoft 365 admin, light troubleshooting) with confidence
\n

• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, CRM systems, and social platforms
