My client is a leading renewable energy company specialising in Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and low‑carbon heat pump installations. As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to broaden their reach within the domestic sector across the midlands ensuring their lead and survey pipeline is moving in line with their ambitious growth plans.
Role and Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising hands‑on marketing activity to support predominantly the domestic division of the business. This role will play a key part in generating leads, supporting surveyors, and executing campaigns aligned to company strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering a comprehensive suite of domestic marketing campaigns and tactics to generate high‑quality consumer install and O&M leads Managing campaigns end‑to‑end, from briefing and creative development through to execution, optimisation, and reporting Developing and managing the consumer referral programme in line with company strategy and the wider marketing programme Creating and delivering appropriate media campaigns, including social media, direct mail, location‑based marketing, and other relevant channels Producing high‑quality, accurate, and engaging marketing copy across all campaign materials and channels Supporting domestic and commercial surveyors, O&M team and the wider sales team with marketing activity, materials, and initiatives Planning, organising, and executing exhibitions and events, including managing logistics and on‑site delivery Working closely with the Marketing Manager on campaign budget planning, tracking, and management Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Monitoring campaign performance and preparing clear, actionable marketing reports Maintaining accurate data and supporting sales processes using CRM systems, including Salesforce where applicable Manage social channels for the company, working with the wider marketing team to deliver high-quality, consistent content. Taking ownership of the role, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth within the domestic marketing functionKey Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a hands‑on marketing role Strong experience in campaign planning, execution, and management across multiple channels Demonstrable experience developing lead generation initiatives, including referral or consumer‑focused programmes Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Creative mindset combined with a practical, delivery‑focused approach Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing business environment Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver projects quickly and accurately Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and communicate campaign performance Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is desirable but not essentialQualifications
