Manufacturing Supervisor

for a long-established UK engineering and manufacturing organisation operating in a

safety-critical, regulated environment . The role will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring

on-time delivery to quality and cost targets , while promoting strong

health, safety, and continuous improvement

standards. Key Responsibilities :

Manufacturing Supervisor-Fabrications Supervise and lead manufacturing teams to meet SQCDP targets Ensure compliance with H&S, Quality and Manufacturing procedures Deliver production schedules and implement recovery plans where needed Manage resources, absence, competence, and team development Lead shift briefings, KPI reporting, and workplace audits Role Requirements:

Manufacturing Supervisor-Fabrications Manufacturing or Engineering qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent) Proven experience in a

Manufacturing Supervisor / Team Leader

role Strong working knowledge of aluminium fabrication and associated manufacturing processes Background in aerospace, automotive, defence, or similar mechanical engineering environments Sound understanding of safe manufacturing practices and risk management Working knowledge of SAP, MRP, and MS Office IOSH / NEBOSH desirable Security / Export Control This role is subject to

ITAR and UK export control regulations Applicants must be
